Elder Care Staffing Solutions is happy to offer both live-in and shift-care givers. Our live-in caregivers reside in the home and can help with all activities of daily living. Our shift caregivers arrive and depart at a pre agreed upon time. Elder Care takes great pride in being able to match our clients with the most optimal caregiver to meet their needs. Our team of Registered Nurses work closely with our coordinators to determine the appropriate caregiver for each client. Multiple caregivers may be offered to clients depending on availability and compatibility. Families also have the option to conduct interviews with potential caregivers prior to the start of care.
